Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection – Applicable to Users of this Accommodation Establishment when making a reservation

Data Controller (we):
The accommodation establishment that will provide you with the requested service. Our identification and contact details are available on the website through which you made the reservation or submitted your enquiry. These details will also appear on the invoice sent to you.

Data Protection Officer:
Not applicable to the activities of the Data Controller.

User:
You, who filled in the reservation form or any other related documentation.

Purpose:
The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the reservations made by you and/or to respond to questions, requests, or enquiries submitted.

Legal Basis:

  • The necessity to perform the contract entered into with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; or
  • Your consent, given by selecting the acceptance box of the Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy forms an integral part.

Retention Period:
We will retain the data provided by you for the period necessary to manage the reservation and the requested accommodation services. After this process is completed, your data will be retained for an additional period of six (6) months.

If you have given your consent to receive commercial and/or marketing communications, your data will be retained until you withdraw such consent.

Third-Party Data:
Whenever you provide us with personal data belonging to another person, you will be responsible for such disclosure and for obtaining prior consent for the provision of such data, where legally required.

Data Transfers:
We will not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data Subject Rights:
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability by sending a request via email or postal mail to the contact details provided on our booking website and invoices.

Supervisory Authority:
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority of the relevant Member State.
